Anthony Crabtree BSc FRICS |
Managing Director of the Practice with extensive experience in the Property Market as a Chartered Surveyor. He was senior Valuation Partner in Druce & Company from 1975 until 1984, when he became Chief Executive responsible for some 250 staff. He formed York Montague, an independent practice in 1989 and for the next 5 years specialised in Bank recovery and LPA Receivership work and extensive asset Management. Has extensive experience of most aspects of the property sector, including investment and site acquisition, Bank recovery advice, Hotels & Leisure, General Development process and is widely regarded as a LPA Receivership & Commercial Insolvency expert.
Currently oversees the management of a Commercial and Residential Portfolio with a capital value in region of £50M, involving rent reviews and lease renewals.

Gabriela Pavlikova |
She has extensive experience in the letting of residential flats and house
throughout the South East, having spent the last 5 years with a recognised Central London Agency. Gabriela also provides marketing advice on new developments and residential site acquisition and responsible for the London office.

Douglas Hayes |
He has worked for the last 30 years as a Specialist Surveyor in the Hotel and Leisure sector, with extensive experience in all aspects of hotels, restaurants and public house including Valuation, Sale and Rating. Hotel and Leisure Director of Druce & Co in the 1980s and advised on privatisation of ‘Travellers Fare’ and the sale of a number of Central London Hotels for British Rail.
Currently involved as adviser on Hotel projects in London, South Coast and the West Country for the Practice.

David Mcleod MRICS |
He is a Chartered Building Surveyor having spent several years with Mcbains Cooper in Central London, with extensive experience of Structural Surveys and refurbishment and the development process.
